Asanta will work closely with clients that require ongoing maintenance to make sure their site gets updated in a timely fashion. Maintenance includes physical changes (adding/removing/changing text, images, links and physical layout); functional changes (forms, databases, event calendars/schedules, reports, guestbooks, etc) and adding new pages to a website. Upon receipt of a maintenance request, customers have 2 to 3 business days to submit all the necessary materials (text, files, etc). Basic changes (add/remove) to text, images and links are allocated a turn around time of 72 hours. The turnaround time for changes to physical layout and functional changes (as specified above) will be 10 days. Please note that Asanta will only maintain websites that use its hosting services. Maintenance charges will be allocated as follows:

[i] Bronze & Silver Packages
All maintenance costs $25 per hour. Asanta also provides a one-time offer for 4 hours of maintenance at a sale price of $75 (25% discount).

[ii] Gold & Platinum Packages
Basic adjustments (add/remove) to text, images and links are done at no charge. Changes to the physical layout of a page, addition of new pages and functional changes (as specified above) cost $40 per hour.
